Created a trust - checked all my pensions to make sure all were ok and any changes that could have a financial detriment to me ( I moved several pensions into one pension fund with the Pru- Simon checked that there would be no financial impact on me to do so) Always on hand for any questions or queries - very responsive.

Simon has been advising myself and my wife on our pension options for a while now starting back in Covid times with zoom meetings but now personal visits. His advice has been sound and he took the time to explain what everything meant. Never once did he pressurise either of us into taking out or changing anything we didn't want or need. Due to redundancy from my job and nearing retirement age, I required help assessing my options with regard to redundancy finances and pension access advice.

Like most working people, my knowledge of what to do with larger sums of money than we normally deal with and understanding how pensions actually function is extremely poor. Simon guided me through my options, explained tax implications of certain choices and helped me chose the best option suited to my circumstances.
