Thirdly: Nigel advised me about IHT.

Definitely, Nigel Shaffer takes a lot of detail from you and provides a self-explanatory printed financial forecast and breakdown for the next 15/20 years (or up to whatever age you desire) and you can see where changes need to be made so budget actions have changed.
