With general advice and guidance over several years to date, inheritance processing and advice for children and relatives, looking ahead particularly those living abroad. Being available to discuss questions and queries over the phone as well as annual reviews at face to face meetings, providing us with information and confidence with our financial position.

Yes, the passed has been more financially productive than more recently, but the markets have been less productive, that’s understood as longer term investor’s.

What could they have done better?

Us, being more adventurous investor’s.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

This was about 23 years back, as Andrew moved into being self employed with 2 pension fund from previous employment, that at the time one was not performing poorly and the other was to be moved from a Building Society pension fund as he left the Society. Helen,'s was a large lump sum when taking early retirement in 2014.

Being available to speak to on the Phone, to answer questions and queries over the phone and at Reviews. Giving advise in regards to LPAs and Wills, as well as the cans and can't for close relatives who now reside abroad permanently. Meeting him face to face to talk through year on year reviews and portfolio and ISA growth. and Nicki before Carl for many years

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Definitely in the early years of Andrew's and Helen's investments, but not so much in the latter year's but that's due to the markets. No loses though during the 23 years.

What could they have done better?

I not sure anything could have changed the year on year gains as they were
