What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I was unhappy with the return I was receiving from my Pension which was with another provider at the time. A close friend recommended I speak to Dean
How has Dean McSloy helped you?
He has transferred my pension and I have already seen a much improved return. He has helped me understand my pension options and forecast and assisted with a tax free withdrawal. He has spent time with me planning my pension and is always on hand to answer any questions.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes absolutely
What could they have done better?
I am very pleased with the service received from Dean and honestly don’t think there is anything that could be improved upon.

Dean listened to me & then explained mt options, including ones I had not considered. I was given his number from a friend who is his client & then after speaking to him I made my decision to have him as my pension person.

Money left to us as an inheritance, and also withdrawing a pension from employer scheme.
How has Dean McSloy helped you?
I was looking to move my work pension from my employer as other colleagues were doing this at the time. We also had money left to us from an inheritance. He gave us advice on both of these areas.

Yes definitely, both of soon and incentives are doing well.

I have had to chase on a couple of occasions, but other than this I can’t think of anything!
