How has Carl Mountain helped you since your last review?
We had a conversation with Carl around our pensions & funding our retirement, my plan was to take part of my pension, this was not possible so Carl made suggestions as to how I would be able to achieve my goal. We planned to use only part of the money so we discussed ISAs so the money can work for us until we need it. My second pension went into a draw down so I could reduce my tax commitment as I am still working so don’t need that yet but it is there & working until I need it.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We were initially looking for advice on our mortgage and investment options.
How has Carl Mountain helped you?
Carl has advised us on the best mortgage deals and made the application process very straightforward. He has also helped set up an ISA, pension and life insurance policies. The investments all meet or exceed our expectations for returns.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We've been very happy with the returns on our investment products and Carl has always been proactive if a product isn't meeting expectations.
