Charles has a long list of professional qualifications: He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow to the Pensions Management Institute. Charles has also been an examiner for the Chartered Institute on many occasions, has an honours degree in economics and has years of valuable experience having worked as a financial adviser for more than 35 years. Charles and his wife Esther are active members of their local church. They are both committed Christians and are involved in teaching at various churches around Guildford. To keep fit he swims about 2 miles and runs 12 miles each week, after cycling to and from work each day. On the weekends however he can often be found sailing on the air currents in a paraglider for relaxation!
