Cat was recommended as mortgage broker, when we were moving house
How has Catriona Bryden helped you?
Cat was extremely responsive in understanding our requirements before identifying and advising on suitable new mortgage options. Furthermore, once the application was submitted, Cat went above and beyond to follow up with the mortgage provider, when their valuer cancelled a pre arranged site valuation with little notice, secure a replacement valuer within a timescale that did not put the purchase timeline at risk. The selling estate agent describer her as 'star' for the efforts that she went to facilitate the replacement valuer.

Yes, mortgage offer secured the same day as valuation undertaken.
