Both my wife and I entering retirement and required advice on the best ways to save for our futures.

Not sure we need the monthly general update from the main man as it's mainly about what we read in the newspaper. Difficult to make a connection with our situation.

I wanted to draw my tax free lump sum from my pension fund, and get advice as to what was best to do with the remainder.

Craig was extremely thorough with his questioning as to the reasons for my wanting the tax free sum at this point,, he also took the time to advise me of the best place to move the remainder of my fund to make the most of it's earning potential, this was not the easiest thing but he persevered and settled my nerves during the process.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, but unfortunately, with the markets being so volatile at the moment, the fund is not doing as well as I hoped, it will settle and I will get the returns expected in the long term.

What could they have done better?

I don't think he could have done much more than he has done, the old fund management firm was not the easiest to contact or work with, this gave me extra confidence that I was advised correctly.

Having previously been given awful financial advice, I needed some professional guidance on my pensions and was wary of who to trust. A close friend recommended Craig and was immediately put at ease upon meeting him.

He provided initial advice then comprehensive advice at a later date after looking into what was best for my circumstances. I am overjoyed with the service and advice he has provided.

Nothing. I am really looking forward to working closely with him throughout my retirement. I can not recommend him and his team highly enough.
