There was no experience - Tracy failed to contact me on both occassions. However I asked for an alternative adviser and was happy with their advice.

We felt at ease with Tracy she explained herself really well took a lot of the stress away as talking about finances are not always easy .

Tracy responded to my request promptly, spent an hour or so talking over the questions I had and outlining some possibilities. She will now undertake a fuller review for a flat fee and we will go from there.
