First impressions were that Ian was knowledgeable and professional in his approach to our initial meeting. Subsequent dialogue he has supplied clarity on the information I requested and I would expect to use his services going forward.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Our previous adviser was retiring and he passed us on to Ian Finch.

How has Ian Finch helped you?

We have dealt with Ian since he came to Martin Aitken & Co and have enjoyed an excellent relationship with him. He has helped us update and maximise our portfolio, with good advice and excellent results in all areas of general financial planning, investments and tax planning. Their charges have also been very clearly explained to us by him. He is always forthcoming with ideas he thinks may benefit our situation. We have required some changes in the last few years and these have always been executed with speed and efficiency. Simply, we rely on him.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Ongoing . Investing for the longer term.

What could they have done better?

We are struggling to think of anything!

I do not have the time or knowledge to put my savings/investments into the best places for them.

He has taken control of the above and so far the results have been very pleasing.

So far, yes, but I am well aware that things can change very quickly and trust Ian Finch to do his best to minimise any losses.

He has overed everything in great detail on each of my visits and I am happy with this.
