I was about to retire and needed to work out my options. I had an annuity and a lump sum from my pension and wasn’t sure the best way to deal with them.

I needed to bring together a number of workplace pension into a single pot and receive advice, as to my ambition to retire early from work at 60 years of age.

Lynne, was recommended to me by a friend who I have known for over 40 years. I came to Lynne with 8 different pension schemes and she went through them all and came back to me with her recommendation, advising that I could indeed retire at 60. 2 pensions were with government, one was current and 5 were deferred.

Structured my retirement plan, and keeping me informed on pensions schemes and the investment portfolios. Annual reviews are key to the success of the plans.

Long term strategy has still to be realised and hopefully the chosen risk profile we are agreed on bears fruit.
