He gave good advice as to how to consolidate my various pension pots, contacted various providers and consolidated all my small pots but at the same time reviewed my main pensions to confirm what my best options were. Then he gave us good investment advice as to how to gain good returns on my cash investment.

Yes, we had a secured income which allows us to utilise our assets to have the lifestyle that we had hoped for in retirement.

It's difficult to say really as we never felt that we were pressurised to do something that we were not comfortable with. I don't think that we ever had any issues with not being able to contact Tom or to undertake any actions that we agreed on once our meetings and or telephone conversations had taken place.

I had to transfer my pension savings either to an annuity or some other vehicle and I didn't want to lock it up in an annuity

I needed to consolidate several small pensions and to receive general advice upon retirement. I later asked him to find me a good equity pension, which he did very quickly and efficiently, at a good interest rate, and he followed the whole process to ensure all was done in a timely manner.

In terms of returns, not yet but Im only a couple of years into a long term plan so I hadn't expected outcomes yet. Tom has given me reassurance and guidance which are important too.

Yes. Market's fluctuate, but this was always explained to me on day 1. Overall my pension has done better than the average, and better than the previous one we had set up. Following this, I am now adding some investments through Tom as well.

Becoming older, with some health problems. having recently been an executor on my Mother's estate, I realise two important points: a) early action can avoid significant IHT, and b) Clarity of fund locations and generally of "where money is" makes the executor's task far easier.
