What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I have known about the firm of Thompson Jenner, Chartered Accountants, and their Financial Services arm for a long time. On my retirement I needed pension planning advice.
How has Stephen Walker helped you?
I believe that Stephen gives sound financial advice. He is an easy person to deal with and is patient and explains tax and related issues clearly.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
So far so good.
What could they have done better?
I am not immediately aware that anything could have been done better. No professional adviser is perfect.
