I had experienced an unplanned life change. My health deteriorated rapidly due to an autoimmune condition that robbed me of my life as I knew it. I was forced into retirement.

Andy was very pleasant and patient, he helped me understand my financial situation and streamline my investments. It is early days but I have confidence that the service will continue to be five star as I think integrity is just in Andy’s DNA.

It is too early to answer this question but so far so good. It has been straightforward and professional.

What could they have done better?

Nothing major, maybe be clearer on the level of personal detail that appears in the documents. It is a good amount and demonstrates understanding of the client’s circumstances but it came as a bit of a surprise to see it in writing.

I needed reliable professional advice about my finances, particularly in the management of my SIPP and ISA.

Andy is an excellent communicator, and is always available to listen if I have any concerns or questions about my finances. He listens carefully and gives me clear and understandable explanations, information and advice about my investments, and my financial position In general.

During the 3 years Andy has been my financial advisor, he has given me sound financial advice and guidance which has exceeded my expectations.

Downsizing provided me with some capital which I was anxious would not be eroded by inflation or uncertain financial climate. I needed guidance and Andy was highly recommended to me by a respected contact.
