I had experienced an unplanned life change. My health deteriorated rapidly due to an autoimmune condition that robbed me of my life as I knew it. I was forced into retirement.

How has Andy Reynolds helped you?

Andy was very pleasant and patient, he helped me understand my financial situation and streamline my investments. It is early days but I have confidence that the service will continue to be five star as I think integrity is just in Andy’s DNA.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

It is too early to answer this question but so far so good. It has been straightforward and professional.

What could they have done better?

Nothing major, maybe be clearer on the level of personal detail that appears in the documents. It is a good amount and demonstrates understanding of the client’s circumstances but it came as a bit of a surprise to see it in writing.

I needed reliable professional advice about my finances, particularly in the management of my SIPP and ISA.

Downsizing provided me with some capital which I was anxious would not be eroded by inflation or uncertain financial climate. I needed guidance and Andy was highly recommended to me by a respected contact.

I am aware of some tax changes that may impact negatively on me in the future as a result of my current pension product. My understanding of the predicament is poor therefore I sought advice.

I required a pension having recently transitioned to self-employment. In the course of these discussions, as well pensions, Andrew explained insurance as the need for it.

How has Andy Reynolds helped you?

He created a pension for me which I pay into monthly now, and also set up some insurance policies. I now have a cover in case of death of crucial illness.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes I have. Pension is now up and running and I am have health insurance. Charges were explained upfront which I was happy with.

What could they have done better?

Charges could always be lower but generally cannot complain. Looking forward to see performance and continue the plan for the future.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had been looking into pension schemes that would allow me to retire early. I also wanted to invest money in stocks and shares Isa’s as I was getting very little returns for the money I had in my savings accounts. I found it difficult to get create a clear picture of what was the best options for me as I had a limited understanding of both these area’s.

How has Andy Reynolds helped you?

Andrew gave me clear and concise advice on taking out a personal pension. He helped me to set a personal pension up and understand how this could help me to retire early. Furthermore he made it easy for me to understand investing in stocks and shares Isa’s.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Since speaking to Andrew I have invested in various different funds with my stocks and shares Isa. This has gave me far better returns for my money than if I had left it in my old savings account. Furthermore, I have also set up a personal pension so that I can retire early.

What could they have done better?

Andrew gave me excellent advice on both pensions and investments. He made it very easy to understand and was happy to answer every question I had. I now feel in a better place financially because of him.

I recently turned 30 and although it has not affected my day to day activities in any way, I felt it was as good a milestone as any to start seriously thinking about my pension and how I can best prepare myself for later life.

Being a complete novice in this area, Andy was very useful in explaining clearly different pension options available to me, how different pension contributions at this stage can affect the pension pot further down the line and the options available to me for looking after my savings. Andy took care to explain everything in as straight forward a way as possible, leaving out any unnecessary jargon, which was greatly appreciated!.

My wife and I recently had a baby and we were looking for advice on different Insurance products that could provide us with further security.

How has Andy Reynolds helped you?

After initial contact, Andrew arranged a meeting with my wife and I to discuss exactly what we were looking for in an insurance policy. Andrew asked us a series of questions qualifying our circumstances and had a thorough conversation about what we were looking to get out of any potential product. We were both very impressed with how Andrew explained various products in a simple but detailed manner. He spent time with me explaining the pros and cons of each product which is something I really appreciated as I am not financially minded. Andrew's first recommendation was an income protection policy that fell exactly within our budget and provided everything that we were looking for. My wife and I were that impressed that we have been back in touch with Andrew for advice for an ISA for our baby.

Within my Company, I was looking to benefit staff, by enhancing their flexible benefits element, by enhancing Life assurance / pension, and salary sacrifice schemes. On a personal basis, I was looking for advise regarding my own pension contributions / Life Time allowances and Inheritance planning.

One the above Andrew provided guidance and advise on changes we coud make to our Company benefits package to support the staff, with Pension / Life Assurance and Salary Sacrifice. On a personal basis, Andrew sat down and reviewed my personal financial situation and then gave sound advise, on investments / pension contributions and Inheritance planning to maximise tax efficiency.

Absolutely, staff motivation has improved, and persoanlly I have seen a good return on my investments. The inheritance planning will take a little longer to realise.

I had 4 final salary pensions and I had heard a number of colleagues were looking into the option of transferring them. I required advice in order to understand my options.

How has Andy Reynolds helped you?

He explained the nature of a final salary pension scheme, why they are so valuable and some of the benefits and drawbacks of transferring them. We then looked at the implications of each option on my situation before making a decision and formulating a plan.

Andrew talked me through the next stages, fees and timescales. I was satisfied with the outcome of the discussions and at no point did I feel rushed into making a decision. To date, very happy with the process.

Complex pension laws were explained as clearly as I think it could be, which was very useful. I found the report I was provided with to be too long, however Andrew had explained much of its content in person. No concerns over this but just some constructive feedback.
