Victoria was on holiday as it was half term, but very satisfied with Gary, he was extremely informative and knowledgeable in pension options, pro and cons etc. he was passionate enthusiastic throughout our time with him. The only reason for a 4 stars as the survey was asked about Victoria. If it was on Gary it would have been a 5 star. Maybe some reviews should be about him on the website.

Victoria explained my pension forecast and advised on the questions I had relating to my pension. I now have a much better understanding.

Nothing. Vicky was a great help and answered all of my questions.

taking my pension out of my current scheme and transferring it to stock/shares

Vicky was very helpful and supportive, she kept me informed and updated when required and I found her to be very approachable. When I asked any questions ref to my pensions Vicky was very good at explaining how it works.
