Ian is always pleasant, friendly and approachable. He is very knowledgeable about investment products and their suitability for us and for our circumstances. He is always very informative and answers our queries with patience and clarity. Ian has always listened to our needs and aspirations and provided us with what we believe to be sound advice. In short, we like and trust him!

What could they have done better?

Seek to improve the quality of online access to our portfolio which has some deficiencies. We have never sought a comparison of the cost of Ian's services but consider that we receive value for money
