A friendly but very professional presentation at initial meeting. Antony came across as very knowledgeable and passionate about helping me consider different option to help me achieve my financial and retirement goals.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had a pension that was maturing and wanted to review options for purchasing an annuity. As I had used Anthony's services before and was very satisfied, he was the obvious choice to help me with this.

Anthony talked through my current situation and what income I wanted to get from the annuity. He reviewed lots of options, even ones I hadn't considered, to ensure that I got the best outcome possible. He explains things in a way that you can understand.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. After reviewing all his advice and several telephone conferences, I have decided on the option that is best for me and my circumstances.

No, as everything was covered in a very professional and friendly manner.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My pension was with St James Place and I was not happy with either their service or charges. I had previously dealt with Anthony Crockert many years ago and contacted him for advice.

How has Anthony Crockert helped you?

For the past two and a half years he has maintained quarterly zoom meetings and moved my pension to another provider whose charges are considerably less and performance better during what has been a challenging period. He has also given valuable advice on schemes surrounding corporation tax for our company and provided useful information on how to proceed with inheritance tax situations.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely. I feel much more relaxed about my financial affairs and he has made me aware of alternative beneficial schemes which at my age are very important. He always discusses any form of action with me and makes very considered decisions at all times asking/involving me in the process.

What could they have done better?

I really think nothing at all.
