What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Looked online for a financial adviser, did alot of home work and signed up with Karen and her wonderful team after reading the references left for her.

Top quality advice on two or three queries which has led us to make some difficult decisions alot easier.

Karen:
Its very disappointing to see this given that our office was closed 20th Dec - 6th January for Christmas and this enquiry came in on NYE. Despite being closed and overseas I did email this enquiry on January 1st and havent heard anything since - I pride myself on my long history of 5 star reviews and my reputation and its sad that some people feel that this approach rather than calling to follow up is ok - all our socials and website clearly show the office closure and our contact information - we can only assume this went into their Junk folder, we have followed up too and still no reponse.Repeat review
