What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I was a dentist with income protection. I now suffer chronic treatment resistant depression and can't work- paid work. I got income protection as a vocational trainee and then gave up work. i needed advice on savings and a private pension. I worry as how I will manage when my income protection stops at 60 years old. I needed advice as I have no financial knowledge at all

John is extremely beneficial to me. Knowing i do not understand financial matters- John summarises on an A4 sheet of paper my financial circumstances. any questions he can answer and he has reassured me that I will be ok after 60 years. John is someone I can trust and he knows his job well

Yes-my money is growing as is my pension
What could they have done better?
To be honest- i don't think he could do anything better. He treats me with respect even though I have mental health problems
