Russell was friendly, efficient, and helpful, both on the phone, email and in person.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

To consolidate our various pensions and possible early retirement. We had been waiting for help from our bank and it had taken too long and a recommendation led us to Russell.

Russell has helped us to make sense of our pensions, which we could never have done alone. He has steered us through reams of paperwork, explaining at length as needed. We now have our dream in sight in the near future.

What could they have done better?

Nothing other than a warning of the amount of paperwork to wade through! He has done a great job so far. We look forward to a long association with him.

Starting a family made me realise I needed to sort out insurance and protection for myself.

just to secure an income to protect my home should i ever be unwell enough not to be able to work.
