We had a pension pot in a high street pension provider that hadn't performed well in years. We decided to try to make more of the investment and asked our Business Banking advisor if he could recommend anyone.

She has provided clear, honest advice in a friendly, approachable way and offers ideas without pressure. She is also very easy to contact by phone or in person.

Definitely yes. Our investment took a dip after COVID but is improving again now and we are happy to continue the investment with no plans to change for the foreseeable future.

I feel that they are providing everything they can. The funds have recently been changed, and we have seen the benefits of this very quickly. Also the mobile app is very reliable, and a fabulous resource between review appointments.

Money was making not very much interest in a standard account. Wanted someone to suggest good options which suited us and keep an eye on what was happening with the investments. Pick up on when things were not going as well as we would like. Someone to explain the jargon.

with Isa's but pension performance has been very disappointing. Good to have someone who we can contact to discuss concerns and who can suggest better options.

Nothing, but I wish the poor performance of the pension fund could have been picked up quicker by the company, as it has not been doing very well for a while. Long before Nia became our adviser.

I have been with Beaumont Wealth for a couple of years however Nia has only recently become my financial advisor hence my current quite conservative scores. I am sure that I will be able to increase these scores as my working relationship with Nia builds.
