The initial meeting with Roger was excellent. It was much more than I expected. He explained things thoroughly, clearly and logically that answered to all my questions and concerns.

How has Roger Carter helped you?

Roger has set up a Wrap to bring together my several existing pension Funds into one. In the process discussing potential providers and the level of risk we were comfortable with in each of their Investment Funds. Roger also incorporated at times my and my wife's ISA allowances ongoing into the higher value Stocks and Shares wrap, in conjunction with / balanced with the lower risk / lower returns ISA and savings funds we both hold outside of the wrap, to give us a good balance between long term savings within stocks and shares balanced with lower risk safer easy access but lesser return ISA savings we both hold outside of the wrap. Roger advises by ongoing regular review of the returns on investment and discusses making any recommendations and effecting agreed necessary adjustments. Set up of an Annuity from funds from an existing Section 32 buy out to give better return than if we left it where it was.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, we have seen good returns on our Investments and Roger has regularly discussed changing trends and better alternatives available.

What could they have done better?

My wife and I have no concerns over Rogers performance and that of his team, and we both appreciate their patience, sound advice and very much trust their thoroughness and focus on the market trends.
