A long time ago I wanted to invest various stocks, shares and investments into a wrap, rather than dealing with them myself, separately. I had a different financial adviser then, then someone else, before Tara and Cheltenham Independent Financial Advisers.

She is able to take everything into account and remembers the circumstances if I make contact outside the main Review, again very helpful. She is on my side, which is what I need. Tara was particularly helpful when my husband died last year, helping to sort out his investments.

Yes, perhaps a little slowly over the last few years as the market has been a bit slow, however, improving now. I also feel the funds are safe, which is important, though of course I expect some 'up and down' in the markets. Having the funds safe, helping to ensure I use my tax-free amounts, and being able to view the situation online has been very useful and helpful.

It does take some time for the fees when making changes to be absorbed, relying on the market situation, however, that is to be expected. I have not followed all the investments made on my behalf, but in general they seem to be performing well and there is a spread of areas the investments are in, which is good. It is hard to know what could have been done better. I am happy with the situation.
