How has Neil Goodlad helped you since your last review?
Neil is always quick to reply to me when I contact him for advice. I trust his advice 100% on anything I ask him about. He always make me think about the future when I ask to withdraw any of my pension savings. Neil helped me move my pension pot from one company to another to make it fit with my requirements and everything went through smoothly. Neil is a very easy person to hold a conversation with.

I very much appreciated Neil's clear and honest advice. Additionally he has excellent customer contact skills. If I am able to go ahead with my project, I will certainly use his services.

Very friendly. Thank you. I decided not to proceed with advice as it wasn't really the correct way forward for our circumstances. Had I decided to proceed, I would have been happy to work with Neil.
