I will always take the time to understand you and your needs and to agree the scope of advice so that we can fix a fee before any chargeable work is done. If I do not beleive that we can offer value for money or that the cost of advice is prohibitive, we will tell you the 'Truth' even if it means that our relationship goes no further.
