Our exploratory meeting with Neil today has certainly helped us clarify our financial services needs for the future.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted to move my pension from a corporate pension to a personal pension. Neil Muir came highly recommended to help me achieve this.

How has Neil Muir helped you?

I supplied Neil and his team with my CETV and they set about a process to ensure that it would be a viable transfer. Once the transfer was complete I receive Annual reviews to discuss my pension performance and personal requirements both short term and long term.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes

What could they have done better?

At this stage I do not believe that Neil could have done anything better

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had a very small nest egg which I felt was not earning me the profit I thought it should have through the Bank and ISA etc.

He sat with me and assured me a long term investment plan would benefit and secure my retirement.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I certainly have seen the outcome. I small nest egg has now grown to a rather medium/large nest egg and I have felt confident throughout the whole process that I was in good hands. Even at times when there was panic in the market I was reassured with the correct route to go down which has truly been beneficial to me.

What could they have done better?

I could not ask for any more. His whole team makes you feel confident that they know what they are talking about. Their friendly but professional manner has reassured me through the whole process and their expertise has been second to none.
