What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Planning for retirement and wanting the reassurance we were doing the best we can with our pensions and savings, and having dipped a toe in with some corporations, we wanted to work with someone who understood our needs and helped guide us through the complex and changing pensions market, an introduction to Joe by a family member has ticked all our boxes.

12 months into our plan, and we are happy with the communication, support, and outcome, if you want to see whats happening to you money its 3 clicks away (Joe's top tip....dont!), Following our initial review we are happy with the plan V actual, everything works as it should with our pension plan, and its great to know if we have a question we can speak to Joe.

What could they have done better?

We are very happy with the service provided, and without stating the obvious (will rates increase / how long will we live?)I dont think we could have found a better partner for our pension and financial planning needs.
