Yes, I'm expecting interest rates to go up. My new Nationwide mortgage is a longer term fixed rate deal. I was able to lower my monthly payments and have peace of mind for the next 5 years.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. Andrew was very clear and thorough and quick at responding to my questions.
