Nothing! Love the fact you always get to talk to David, rather than having to go through a PA, secretary or similar. Always keep it this way!

My pension with Aviva ran out at age 75 and had to be transferred elsewhere. The value had dropped considerably during the pandemic and I needed advice about a suitable transfer.

He organised the pension transfer to OMW and explained everything clearly to me. He is currently also arranging withdrawal of a lump sum from the pension fund for me to use for home improvements etc.

Well for our first meeting David came to my work which was very convenient as I usually finished late in the day. I had no knowledge of investments and pensions. He guided me after I'd filled in a risk assessment form into where to invest my pension, David has been my direct contact since then even though I moved from one end of the country to the other.
