What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

With retirement just a few years away, my wife and I wanted to ensure that we were on track with our respective pensions and savings. We enjoy a relatively good lifestyle and, whilst still earning an income, sought advice on how we could continue this through into retirement.

Outstanding Pension Advice Once Again As with previous updates from Hartsfield, my wife and I were highly satisfied with the expert guidance we received regarding our pension investments. I required adjustments to my portfolio, and Michael provided insightful recommendations on how best to proceed. We are currently evaluating our options and awaiting further feedback from Michael before finalizing our decision.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have seen returns, albeit somewhat muted due to market conditions over the past few years. While our investments are moving in the right direction, I believe some adjustments may be necessary to potentially enhance returns. My portfolio carries a slightly higher risk profile compared to my wife’s, so fluctuations in returns are not unexpected.

What could they have done better?

Nothing comes to mind.

Originally, this was for financial advice, in particular pensions.

Financial Retirement Planning Service provided is excellent, advise and planning for retirement withdrawals is well received. Have had my financial planning provided by Hartsfield for a number of years in preparation for retirement, advise from Michael (@Hartsfield) has always been good and well presented, Michael is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Now retirement has arrived the next phase starts and the advise and options continue to be sound and well presented.
