What could they have done better?

Nothing serious at all but slightly more updates would have been appreciated in the run up to the deadline to finalise the pension. In the event I had to go abroad 8 days before this deadline but by then I had complete faith in Nicholas to deliver the goods ... which he did.

Nick was my mother's financial advisor and when she was no longer able to manage her own affairs, Nick worked with me as her LPA.

Nick helped me to manage my mother's investments and her pension taking into account her ongoing and potential future care needs and working on inheritance planning . When my mother died he helped me with probate. He is now my financial advisor and has developed a financial portfolio for me that balances risk with more secure investments in businesses that map onto my risk profile as well as my ethical requirements.

The portfolio is less than a year old and given the current climate seems relatively stable.

In my opinion, none. The financial market appears to be fairly difficult to predict at this person time. With the in mind I feel that Nick has looked me very well.

Part of a divorce settlement, Nick has advised me on the different options for my share of the pension and helped me to choose a plan that best suited my needs.
