I have for many years believed in the need to be smart with my savings, to diversify and spread the risk involved and to make solid and well founded investments. I have moved from advisor to advisor as they either retired or were associated with the job I did look for Arron, he was assigned my portfolio when my previous advisor's company was taken over.

Arron initially took over our portfolio from our previous advisor and advised on the best deals we could get on our pensions. I felt this was essentially highly customer focussed as he did not seek to overtly promote one product over another, rather he clearly set out the options available. Since then he has navigated us through some turbulent times and explained the various legislative changes that have occurred.

I think that having someone who is understanding the context and managing our money for us on a day to day basis provides reassurance and reduces the possible stress of having to think about the impact of world events on our investments.

What could they have done better?

Given the highly volatile political environment, Brexit, Covid, Ukraine and Trump I would say it is impossible. I like the way in which the approach to risk has been packaged and managed in a structured way.

The adviser came with the moving of funds.
