I had several pensions and they were combined into a single pension.

Jared has advised me for many years and managed my pension pot. It has continued to grow over the years and like everything has had highs and lows but continued in an upward direction.

Difficult question, one I have deliberated on but struggled to find a fault.

I have held investments for a number of years. Initially I was with a small firm, subsequently taken over and now Argentis Wealth Management. I have therefore 'inherited' advisors.

Jared provides and annual review via Zoom, backed up with a written report summarising what was said and agreed.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I always query the performance of the fund and remark on the level of fees taken. My understanding is there exists three levels of management in the current structure. All taking a fee of some sort.

What could they have done better?

The fund was created in 2016. I have seen only £12k return on an initial fund of £94k. Please do the sums. Fees nearly match what I have made. Take into account inflation I might be worse off than in 2016.
