It would be very difficult to determine the answer to this as my investments have come through many years of volatile market pressures.

Many years ago I was looking for a mortgage advisor who understood self-build mortgages. I was referred to Ciaran who provided great (free) advice, even though we didn't end up getting a mortgage at the time. When I later needed a mortgage, I returned to Ciaran and he found us a great deal. We have used him ever since and always had a great service.
