I have been with Darren for many, many years, even before he started here.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Nobody is ever satisfied with their finances, but, overall, I cannot fault Darren. If I had seen the outcome I was hoping for, I would be relaxing on my own yacht, somewhere on the Caribbean, drinking funny coloured cocktails.

What could they have done better?

I don't know. How could I know? That is Darren's job. He seems to do it very well. I have no complaints.

Consolidation of various pensions and then planning on making my pensions fit my retirement.

Investment markets have been challenging of late but I understand why through the education Darren provides and know this will improve.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Darren was my financial advisor when he was with The First Trust Bank, (AIB). When they parted company, I opted to leave the bank's financial advice service and enrol with Darren as a 'new' client. He was not allowed to take clients with him but, I insisted. It was my decision, not his.

How has Darren Curry helped you?

Darren has always been there when I had a question. He has never missed an appointment. He has advised me of different options and let me choose, if and when I chose to. Mostly, I go with his advice as it has never let me down.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Nobody sees the outcome they are looking for. We all expect to be multi-millionaires within the first year. The economic climate has been rough for everybody, (except for the very high rollers, maybe), we mustn't shoot the messenger. I think we're doing well to stay ahead of the game.

What could they have done better?

I have no idea. I trust Darren to do his utmost in looking after my funds. So far, I haven't been wrong.
