Personal finance is a complex world. My wife and I thought we would benefit from having some expert advice.

Jonathan instils confidence in his professional expertise. He is patient with his advice and takes time to explain the complexities. He also has time for a chat, to take an interest in us, as people as well as clients.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Broadly speaking, yes.
What could they have done better?
We would appreciate further explanation about how the charges are set for his service to us. We've had the same puzzlement with other financial advisers in the past. This is probably more down to our inability to understand the system rather than any fault on Jonathan's part but it is something we'd like to get more clarity on.
