How has Aga Drozd helped you?

As the first time buyers we were looking for someone who could talk us through the process of buying shared ownership property. Aga's help and and advice was invaluable. Amongst all the parties (solicitors, housing association, seller's representatives etc.) Aga was the most helpful of them all and we always felt that her answers to our question were straightforward and with our interest in mind. We have not had this level of service from anyone else.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes and more! We managed to secure the purchase with a really good discount on the property price!

What could they have done better?

Like mentioned above, we were not familiar with the buying process and Aga was the most helpful of all people we interacted with so I dint think I can ask for more!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My most recent meeting with Aga was my annual review and as I am now closer to retirement than previously we discussed various options that could be available to me should I want to retire early, or on my actual retirement date.

Aga has provided invaluable advice and given me lots to think about regarding my current and future financial position.

My situation is ongoing as I am currently not in a position to retire but Aga and I are in regular contact to keep working things out.

I can't think of anything Aga could do better. She is very knowledgeable of her subject and is friendly and helpful at all times.

She has a wealth of knowledge. I have learnt so much about pension, inheritance tax, retirement planning etc. Again is very approachable, understanding, nothing is too much trouble.

It is too soon as I have only been investing for a short while so outcomes are more long term
