James is kind, trustworthy and able to explain financial things in layman terms quite good. I quite enjoy working with him.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I am considering early retirement and wanted a professional to look at my savings, investments and pensions portfolio to provide a variety of options on how to achieve my target income.

How has James Lindley helped you?

James has spent a lot of time with me to walk through and explain many different approaches. I have tweaked and changed my requirements on a number of occasions but he never tires of reworking the projections and explaining the new figures. He has also gone above and beyond and assisted me with inheritance planning information.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We have started to increase the use of wrappers and I am able to reduce my working hours as I head towards early retirement.

What could they have done better?

I have nothing to add as I'm very happy with the service.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

James has looked into the corporate benefits that my firm provides, as well as helping advise on how the firm can save on corporation tax through a more efficient restructure of the scheme away from a net pay arrangement with Nest. In addition with this he has helped with cash extraction from the business, and tax efficient investments.

He has provided an amazing service over the last few years, and I have been put in a much better position as a result of the advice and guidance that he has provided.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes completely. I have introduced him to friends and clients. The team supporting James within Castell including Ella have also been fantastic.

James is a pleasure to deal with and came across as great in our meeting. His insight into the financial world, and also the advice he offered were second to none. As someone who is very new to seeking financial advice, he was attentive and took the time to answer all my questions without the usual technical jargon! I would highly recommend anyone speak to James if you are looking for support/guidance in this area.
