I have been a financial adviser since the early 1990’s having previously worked in the banking industry and since 2000 as an Independent financial adviser My particular areas of interest are investments, pensions both pre and post retirement and inheritance tax planning. I received Advanced Pension qualification (AF3) in 2016 which was the culmination of two years of study whilst advising. Having said that, I offer Holistic Financial Planning including Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as Protection. My client base is very diverse ranging from young professionals just starting their financial planning journey to much older clients completing theirs. I also advise companies on their employee benefits. It is an amazing privilege and responsibility knowing so much about a client’s private affairs and their goals and ambitions. I believe the key to being a good adviser is having a reasonable level of technical knowledge but more importantly the ability to listen and connect with what really matters to clients. When I am not working for clients, I have a passion for travel and anything two wheeled - preferably Italian.
