I am passionate about having meaningful and relevant discussions to better understand a client’s needs or objectives so that we can establish a financial plan together. My particular areas of interest are investments including ethical and socially responsible portfolios, pensions both pre and post retirement and inheritance tax planning. I will regularly work with other professional advisers, corporate clients, trustees, and private clients providing holistic financial planning and advice. Being well organised, I find that acting as the key individual between various professionals and client in more complex affairs ensures nothing is missed, and provides peace of mind. I have worked within financial services for around 30 years and held positions in a household name insurance company, national financial advisers, national compliance support service, and run my own independent financial adviser practice in the South West. When not dealing with clients, I can be found spending time with my young family, playing golf, archery, cooking, kayaking, or studying. I was granted the Freedom of the City of London in 2013 and contribute to as many charitable events as time allows.
