Initially I wanted help and proffesional advice for my pension planning. Also investment advice.

How has Alex Rose helped you?

I have been working with Alex for many years now, and he has taken care of all of my pension planning and investment plannimg. Alex is a great communicator and keeps in regular touch about my investments and pension but also to have a general atch up with myself and to determine if my circumstances have changed or possibly could change in the near future. This helps to optimise my goals.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes I am more than happy with the work Alex has been doing on my behalve and the outcomes have exceede my expectations.

What could they have done better?

There is much at all really I could not ask for more from ALex and his support colleagues.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted professional help and advise for planning my retirement. It is useful as a client of Alex I get full support and meetings at a minimu twice a year or frequently if I feel I need advice.

Most importantly for myself is confidence that I can call Alex, meet with him to continually review my position in terms of my retirement goals and aspirations.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes absolutely not only with Alex but the whole team, they are a lovely group of people. I am more relaxed now that I have found a professional adviser that is generally interested not only in my financial position but also in myself. What I like to do, my interests, hobbies my work and activities. I look forward to my meetings with Alex he sets a very friendly environment to talk about my pension and my future.

What could they have done better?

There's not much I can put my finger on really. They are truly a pleasure to deal with.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had a financial adviser many years ago in my twenties, and now felt the need to seek professional advice in my pre retirement years.

How has Alex Rose helped you?

Alex gave me advice on protecting my assets from inheritance tax and how better to use my finances to better serve my family’s interests.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have. I feel I am in a lot stronger position to plan my estate and how I am using my money, as well as passing this knowledge on to my mother in law who is in a similar position
