I felt I did not have the kind of relationship I was looking for from my existing provider. They felt too corporate and engagement was too focussed on tax deadlines

It is still early days. On first and subsequent contact I explained I needed to be convinced that Westminster Wealth would be a good fit so the process for my decision would not be quick. Jamie made the right noises and recognised the importance of ensuring I was presented with fund management options where I could ensure I felt comfortable with the fit.

The delivery of the final report required before I made my decision took longer than I’d expected. While I recognise some of the delay may have arisen because of delays from the incumbent advisor team, I felt this should have been communicated to me so that I could have applied pressure where necessary.
