Charlotte got in touch promptly, was friendly and direct. Unfortunately we weren't able to proceed but her experience and knowledge wasn't in question.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an equity release adviser?

Charlotte puts one at ease and is very professional. If there is something that is unclear she takes time to explain so that there is no ambiguity. She ensures that everything is understood but can be contacted if issues arise at a later date.

She has made me feel that I am an individual who needs help and she has provided it.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The outcome has been better than I expected thanks to Charlotte and I would not hesitate to share my good experience with others.

I got in touch with Charlotte as I had quite a lot of questions about equity release, and impacts on house purchasing/mortgages, on my mothers behalf, and she was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Charlotte answered all my questions, and gave me confidence that she was looking out for mine & my mothers best interests, and overall I felt very listened to and that I had all my concerns addressed, and was subsequently able to make the best decision for my mother.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an equity release adviser?

To get some money to help our granddaughter and partner move to a bigger house that will hopefully be their forever home for their future family

How has Charlotte Browning helped you?

She helped with all applications for the lifetime mortgage, and when having trouble to release our reserve pot even went out of her way to speak to Aviva to help the release of the money when I was having trouble with the agent

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes money is now waiting for the sale of the house to complete

What could they have done better?

Nothing she went above and beyond and was very helpful and understanding

I needed a second release. Aviva passed me on to Charlotte.

Charlotte ha been very helpful and informative. A very pleasant manner. Always on time with any appointment she makes.

So far all is well and I see no reason why the advance will not be granted
