What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an equity release adviser?

We had equity release with a different provider and they wouldn’t port it over to the new house we wanted to buy

How has Simon Chalk helped you?

He sorted everything out for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We were abroad on holiday when we found out that our previous equity release provider wouldn’t port it over. Simon and Kaye couldn’t have done anymore for us. They were absolutely phenomenal- kept in constant touch with us, despite being abroad, reassured us that they would do whatever they could to realise our dream move. He arranged a face to face meeting as soon as we returned home and spent a whole morning with us working through our application. He was so positive and explained whilst there wasn’t a 100% guarantee he believed our move would happen. We were constantly kept updated as our application progressed and through his and Kayes efforts we secured equity release and were able to move before Christmas into our new home. We can’t thank both Simon and Kaye enough for what they did for us. From start to finish they were honest, up front and professional, explaining every step of the process.
