Our previous accountant was out of the local area and wasn't particularly communicative! Sometimes, face-to-face discussions are really helpful.

Too early to tell really but I already feel better supported than with our previous accountants and feel I can ask APH anything at all - without feeling silly and without waiting weeks for a reply!.
