How has Mike Coombs helped you since your last review?

Kept me up to date with all changes made by HMRC and information relevant to the current situation with Covid 19.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

I had been very badly let down by my previous accountants which led to potential problems with HMRC. So I had lost faith in Accountants but was also in need of a good one.

How has Mike Coombs helped you?

Mike stepped in and advised me regarding the existing problem with HMRC, which has now been successfully closed. At the same time Mike set up my Limited Company and runs the bookkeeping as well as deals with the annual accounts, my personal and corporation tax.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Very much. The previous situation with HMRC, caused by my previous accountants failure in their duty, has been resolved. I can now concentrate on running and developing my business knowing that Mike and Andrew are there doing the bookkeeping, tax, VAT etc and advising me on a monthly basis.

What could they have done better?

I don't think that Mike or Andrew could do anything better. They are easily approachable and respond to emails or phonecalls quickly.
