Ishan was very friendly, and made me feel very comfortable,this is from someone who is clueless around accounts.So ?for me.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

I started my own Limited company and therefore needed an accountant to manage my accounts and taxes

How has Ishan Madan helped you?

Ishan has been such a fantastic accountant for us. He has very patiently addressed all our concerns, answered our queries and advised us at every stage. He has managed all our Payroll, VAT, Self Assessments and Corporate tax so efficiently for the last many years.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes absolutely!

What could they have done better?

Ishan is very organized and always on top of things. He has been the best so no improvements required.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

Incorporation of a Limited company - ensure we are fulfilling our legal requirements and payroll.

Initial consultation to explain the process they would undertake including ongoing support and payroll function. Promptly set up with HMRC and all other relevant organisations - all legal requirements are actioned in advance of deadlines and proactive in answering any questions i may have.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes - 100%. Professional and prompt - i could not ask for more in the current stages of our business requirements.

What could they have done better?

I am confident all needs have been met, all ongoing questions been answered and confident as we grow, Ishan is the right accountant for us on a business and personal level.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

I needed to find a new firm at the start of 2018 after previous account retired and I had no faith in the person that took over.

How has Ishan Madan helped you?

Ishan took time to meet with me and discuss my personal circumstances and those of my business. He impressed with his knowledge from the very start and filled me with confidence. He has managed my personal and company tax very well.

Yes.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. Even during lockdown it has been service as normal from Ishan and his team. I have recommended him to a number of people.
