My paperwork was a bit all over the place at the time and because of this I felt a little anxious but Rashid soon put my mind at ease by going over everything with me and explaining to me exactly what I was and was not entitled to. I then left all of my paperwork, receipts etc with him so that he could do the rest. Within a short period of time I was sent my tax return figures, which I agreed and he then filed.
