Director Jon Dudgeon's (BA Hons, FCA) career as an accountant started with Arthur Andersen in Leeds in 1997. After qualifying with the ICAEW, Jon joined Deloitte as an Audit Manager, where he focused on life working with a wide range of medium sized and FTSE 100 firms across the UK. After 7 eventful years working for a Big Four practice, Jon decided to put theory into practice and joined the Financial Service Sector, firstly working for Aviva and then onto GE Money and Santander. In 2008, Jon joined Blu Sky as a partner, bringing invaluable accounting experience into the team. Jon is also a Growth Accelerator coach.
