We were in a mess 7-8 years ago and needed help desperately! At wits end with our current accountant and someone recommended Keith Spencer. Haven't looked back since.

What could they have done better?

Not much, they are polite without being overbearing. firm when things are going too far off track and getting too delayed! Not much to complain about!

I have been a client of Keith Spencer and his company, First Call Accounting Limited, since he set up business in Billericay Essex, in February 2011. During the time that I have been a client of the business I have found Keith and all of his staff to be extremely professional in all that they do as well as being friendly and accommodating in regard of everything that I have asked of them I would wholly recommend First Call Accounting to all clients, whether a large company or a small sole trader, you will not regret making them YOUR accountant

Not much, really. We have not had any cause to either complain or suggest improvements

Apollo Plant Hire came to Keith at First Call Accounting in 2007, he paid us a visit with Abbey his apprentice. He assured me( as I do the accounts) that Apollo could benefit from the change as I had just started to use Sage accounting and was not happy with the support given to me by our current accountant. It is very daunting changing your accountant but First Call helped with every step of the way. They are so approachable (I always felt intimidated by our previous accountan0 and friendly and nothing was a problem. I am now a confident user of Sage Apollo now employs three members of staff and we have become a Limited company.SO having good advice has helped us have the confidence to grow.I have a wonderful working relationship with First Call and all the staff members there now and actually look forward to visiting the accountant ( I used to dread it). The service they provide in all areas of Apollo from end of year accounts, vat , paye or payroll are I feel easier and clear so I can understand all aspects of our business.

What could they have done better?

Having changed from quite an old fashioned accountant and moving to First Call I feel they have their finger on the pulse and move with the times and technology of the future. I feel safe to move on with them. Having seen the difference between my old accountant and First Call I can not say anything they could do better.
